An order given clearly prevents ambiguity and aids compliance.
An order given confidently commands respect and discourages hesitation or argument.
An order given firmly makes intentions clear and inculcates obedience and discipline.
An order given kindly breeds good relationships and prevents resentment.
An order given fairly inspires loyalty and removes the feeling of injustice.
An order given impartially obviates jealousy and removes any fear of favoritism.
An order given consistently promotes trust, confidence and reliance.
Commandments of Human Relations
There is nothing as nice as a cheerful word of greeting, while speaking to others.
